The height of the landform slides down to southeast from northwest, with many lesser hills, ravines, slopes, valleys and rivers. The highest point is the Mountain of Stond Lama, which has an elevation 5328 meters, while the lowest location Ling'guan Gap is 750 meters above sea level spirit off Gap, the major county town has an elevation of 1011 meters. This geographic feature of Baoxing gives rise to the many climate subzones in the region: though Baoxing's general climate type is generally tropical, many smaller areas within Baoxing has other climate types, ranging from Humid continental climate
