, Baton Rouge. While there he also directed in New York (Henry V, off-Broadway, 1992) and Washington (Romeo and Juliet, The Shakespeare Theater, 1994). He has also directed in major theatres around the world including Berlin, Hamburg, Melbourne, Moscow, Paris, Prague, Tel Aviv and Warsaw.

In 2003 Kyle joined the University of Missouri–Kansas City Department of Theatre as Professor of Theatre Arts http://cas.umkc.edu/theatre/about.html. He now divides his time between Kansas City and London, where he has directed at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre
