The video features lead singer Lacey Mosley
as the bridesmaid to the 'beautiful bride,' and the video is set on a beach-side pier. The music video begins with the bridesmaid getting the bride ready for her wedding. The two slowly walk down the pier toward the bride's husband, while animations of other humans and sea creatures swirl in the background. During the middle of the song animations of humans and sea creatures appear. The video ends when the bride reaches the groom and an ending montage plays while the music swells to its crescendo.
The artwork that was featured in Beautiful Bride was made from wood-cuts by the bassist of Flyleaf, Pat Seals. His artwork is also featured in the music video for "Again", and the Memento Mori album cover was based on one of Pat's wood cuts, which is meant to tell the story of the phrase Memento Mori.
The Passerby Army’s mission is to bring peace, faith, hope, freedom and above all, love to the entire world. Our mantra is "Memento Mori". These words remind us that our mission is urgent, and that when death comes to anyone, at 18 or 80, a mortal life proves to be short. We are reminded by Memento Mori to never waste a moment without advancing the mission. The fate of our children and grandchildren depends on how we use the time we are given. At a recent gathering, my heart broke as I looked over the Passerby Army. These men and women were ready to live and die for love, yet somehow they had gone from fighting the enemy to bickering and fighting each other. I thought through what I could say to encourage them again. With all the strength of my voice and my heart, I commanded: "Unified diversity! Functioning as one body..."

Song Information
"Pat started playing this new song, and the words came out all at once. I’d been dealing with a conflict in my family and this song was born out of that moment. I got a phone call the next day that an amazing reconciliation had come within my family. Both the song and the situation started out painful and ended up glorious. This just proves to me how everything can work together for a greater good. Like a family fight turning into ’Beautiful Bride’, a song about unity." - Lacey (Flyleaf Bio)Letters from the Commander/History of Memento Mori
