To get the license, a club must among others:- have at least 15 non amateur players;

at the start of its second season in the second division if it plays in the evening; - have a ground height between 100 and 110 meters and width between 60 and 75 meters;
- have a stadium capacity of at least 3,000 with a minimum of 750 seats.
