basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.8. Benedictine Academy welcomes students of any race, color, national and ethnic origins. The student body is 29% Hispanic/Latino, 43% African American,16% White, 8% Asian, and 4% multiracial. The BA faculty is comprised of Benedictine Sisters, members of other religious communities and lay teachers, 70% of whom have advanced degrees.
