Bengt Helge Ljungquist was an Olympic medal winning Swedish fencer and equestrian who competed at five Olympics.

He competed in fencing at the 1936, 1948, 1952 and 1956 Olympics, winning silver and bronze in the team épée. He fenced with all three weapons.

He competed in dressage at the 1964 Olympics, helping Sweden to fifth place in the team competition.
