Benito James Distefano is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues primarily as a utility player from 1984, 1986, 1988-1989, and 1992. He was the last (to date) left-handed-throwing player to ever catch a major league game, catching in three separate games for the Pirates in 1989.
