Release

"Better Without You" was released in late 2010. The song's release came as a surprise to fans as there was no promotion for the single and Dawn had not mentioned a new single.

Music video

The video for the single is a simple one. Dawn is seen sitting on a leather sofa which she sings on. Clips of her walking down the street singing are also shown throughout the video. Dawn's band are seen playing their instruments in parts of the video too.
