Beverley Square West is a neighborhood in the New York City

. Located on land that remained rural until the early 20th century, the neighborhood consists of many large, free-standing Victorian
homes built in the 1900s. The neighborhood was built on farm land originally owned by Catherine Lott. The developer T.B. Ackerson Company built a combination of large three-story custom-built homes as well as more standardized ones. Some of the more remarkable homes include the Guggenheim honeymoon cottage c. 1901 at 305 Rugby Road and T.B. Ackerson's home built in 1903 at 304 Marlborough Road.
Beverley Square West is one of more than a dozen neighborhoods that compose the area commonly known as Victorian Flatbush
. It is also commonly considered to be part of Ditmas Park.
