The castle represents a castle erected in 1418 by the Count Giov. Giacomo Rusca. The patriarchal cross is the one of the Cardinal Agostino Oreggio from Bironico, archbishop of Benevento from 1633 to 1635 and the sword and cloak is from S. Martin, the patron saint of the church.
