Bo Overton

Bo Overton is the head coach of the Liaoning Hengye women's pro basketball team, a team that plays in the WCBA in China.
Overton was the 1979 Oklahoma High School Basketball Player of the Year. In the year 2000, he was named to the Oklahoma High School All-Century Team.
Overton played at the University of Oklahoma
from 1980 to 1983, and was a starting point guard

Overton has had stops at Oral Roberts, Texas State and Louisiana Tech as a men's assistant coach. He was the head coach and athletic director at Murray State Junior College. Overton moved back to the University of Oklahoma to assist with the women's team, who played in the Final Four in 2002. After OU he was the head coach at Missouri-Kansas City.
After more than twenty years of coaching men's and women's college basketball teams, he was named head coach of the Chicago Sky
on December 12, 2006, replacing Dave Cowens
. Overton has worked as a consultant to the WNBA's Tulsa Shock. Overton has also been an assistant coach for the Bahamas women's national team. He is currently the head coach of the WCBA Liaoning Hengye women's pro basketball team in China.
