Robert Clifton Henley is a former American professional baseball player. He graduated from Mobile County High School in Grand Bay, Alabama
. In 1991 he was drafted in the Amateur Draft by the Montreal Expos
. He played one season with the Major League team in 1998. He was released from the team in 2001.
In 2003 he managed the Montreal Expos rookie league team the GCL Expos which played in the Gulf Coast League
. In 2009, as manager of the Washington Nationals
rookie league affiliate GCL Nationals, Henley's team won the GCL Crown. He is currently the Nationals' field coordinator.
