This village also has very good govt hospital with around 10-15 beds,there are around 20 villages near this place are depending on this hospital.
Adjacent to this village,there is Sathavahana Ispat steel factory,which provides direct employment to near about 2000 people and indrect employment to another 2000 to 3000 people,so those who do not own agricultural lands and who do not know agriculture depends either directly or indirectly on this factory.
Close to Bommanahal, there is a Sri Aanjaneya Swamy temple at Nemakallu village. during the month of sravana, peoplevisit this hanuman temple along with Kasapuram and Muridi. all the three temples will be covered in one day as a piligrimage by locals.
Near Bommanahal, there is another temple called Katte Basaveshwara temple at Etthina Boodihal village. Hundreds of people visit and offer prayers to lord "Katte Basaveshwara" every Monday and Thousands of people visit this place every year for "Rathothsavam".
Bellary is the nearest city which is 15 KM /10 miles away and people here mostly travel to this city for their day to day needs.
People mostly speak in Telugu as well as Kannada as this village is adjacent to Karnataka border. Due to good education facilities most of the people here are educated.
People in this village are very secular in nature, Hindu's here celebrate Muslim Festivals like Moharram grandly and Muslims also participate in most of the Hindu festivals.
