". Cam'ron himself provides verses for the song. "Boy (I Need You)" was released as the album's second single in 2003.

Selected as the second single, "Boy (I Need You)" was less successful than "Through the Rain": it failed to chart on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100

chart. It performed better elsewhere, reaching 17 in the United Kingdom and the top forty in Canada and Australia, but it failed throughout most of Europe.
