Brandon Mull has worked as a comedian, a filing clerk, a patio installer, a movie promoter, a copywriter, and briefly as a chicken stacker.

Mull is writing a new 3-book series called "The Beyonders". The first book, was published on the 15th of March, 2011.
He also is going to write a sequel to "The Candy Shop War", titled "The Arcadeland Catastrophe" to release in the second half of 2011.

Brandon lives happily with his wife, Mary, and their four children.
