She switched to bobsleigh for 2007-8, competing in lesser known Bobsleigh World Cup events.

She won the 2009 US National Championship in bobsleigh. Bree also finished 4th at the Bobsleigh World Cup in Park City, UT in November 2009. She also took 6th at the 2009 World Cup stop at Whistler and 5th at the February 2009 World Cup race in Park City.

It was announced on 16 January 2010 that she made the US bobsleigh team for the 2010 Winter Olympics
