He is now retired from football. He used to host a midday show on WFNZ in Charlotte, NC with former NFL Offensive lineman Frank Garcia. The Frank and Buck Show aired weekdays from 11a-3p http://charlotte.cbslocal.com/tag/frank-and-buck/. He has also been seen on the NFL Network and ESPN as an NFL analyst. He was the Head Coach of the Northside Christian Academy high school football team in Charlotte, NC along with former NFL players, Myron Bell, Mo Collins, and Omari Jordan who are assistant coaches.
He typically interns with the Pittsburgh Steelers organization during preseasons.
