He attended Parsons School of Design starting in 1987 for a few years, and later moved to San Francisco in 1993, where he met his ex-wife Jessica Richardson. They moved to Philadelphia in 1999 and had two children named Wilson (b. 1999) and Elliot (b. 2000). They were divorced in 2004, and Biggs later met his current fiancé Sacha Adorno.
