that began playing together in 2005.
The band - Holiday Sidewinder, (daughter of singer-songwriter Loene Carmen
), who also plays rhythm guitar
on most tracks, Pia May, the band's guitarist, Millie Hall, plays both the Saxophone
and the keyboard, Daisy Tulley, plays the violin
, and Josh Bush is the drummer.
In September 2007, the band signed with Ivy League Records
and released their debut EP on 24 November 2007.

Further to their debut at the Playground Weekender, the unique band also played alongside international acts such as The Roots

music festival and supported ARIA award winning band Youth Group
in April 2007.
In June 2007, Bridezilla played at Sydney's famous Enmore Theatre
with awarding-winning Australian bands Eskimo Joe
and Little Birdy
over two sold-out nights.
In the same month, Bridezilla played a headline show at The Beach Road Hotel in Bondi
, Sydney, which led to music paper The Brag describing them as "genius". They returned to the same venue for another headline show in February 2008
The band were featured in the September 2007 edition of Australian Rolling Stone

Bridezilla supported Architecture In Helsinki
across Australia in November 2007. They also played at 2007's Homebake
festival in Sydney on 8 December and the Sydney leg of the Big Day Out
festival in January 2008.They played at the nationwide St Jerome's Laneway Festival
s in February and March 2008.
In March 2008, Bridezilla were the main support for Wilco
at the Enmore Theatre and the main support for British India
at the AAA concert at Factory Theatre. In June the same year, they headlined the Annandale Hotel for the first time.
In May 2008, the band performed over three nights at the Sydney Opera House
as part of the Walking On Air show.
In 2009, the band played at the Australian All Tomorrow's Parties
, alongside acts such as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
, the Fuck Buttons
, the Saints and Harmonia
. They also performed at the New York All Tomorrow's Parties
in September 2009, alongside Animal Collective
, The Flaming Lips
and many others.
In January 2010 they opened for The Decemberists at Sydney's Metro Theatre.
In early January 2011, the band had again played at Sydney's Enmore Theatre
as they supported American indie rock band, Interpol
