Brisbane Open House is an event held in Brisbane

that showcases many of the city's buildings to the public. Among the buildings included are historical landmarks, galleries, office buildings, places of worship and bridges. Well known buildings not usually open to the public are open for free public tours.
The inaugural 2010 event which took place on 2 October featured twenty buildings in the Brisbane central business district
and South Bank
and attracted more than 12,000 people.
The event is organized by the Queensland Government.
