The British Interactive Media Association or 'BIMA' is an industry body representing the digital industry in the United Kingdom.
Formed in 1985, BIMA is a membership organisation primarily made up of digital agencies. The organisation is run by an elected Executive Committee of 13 Members who are voted in at the AGM.

BIMA Awards
The BIMA Awards are held each year and celebrate excellence within the industry across a variety of categories.Digital Schools Challenge
Since 2008, BIMA has run the Digital Schools Challenge, a competition designed to inspire future talent in the industry. In 2010, the winners were announced at an event held at Channel 4's studios in London.Digital Hall of Fame
In May 2010, BIMA announced the launch later in the year of the BIMA Digital Hall of Fame, an initiative designed to celebrate the creative and technical innovators who’ve helped create digital Britain over the past 25 years.External links
