 was built in 1937. It was listed on the NRHP on April 11, 1994. It was designed by the USDA Forest Service, Region 2 in USFS rustic architecture. It served historically as a government office. The listing was for architecture of three contributing buildings and included an area of 70 acres (28.3 ha).
