Green toads are typically a green

spotting and a cream colored underside. They are not a large toad, growing to 2 inches in length. They are nocturnal
and secretive, and only readily found during and immediately after periods of rainfall, their habitat is semi-arid and often very dry. Breeding occurs throughout the spring, summer and autumn months. Whenever conditions are favorable, males will call to the females from a pool of water suitable for laying eggs in.
