In May 2011, CHS held the Arkansas High School Soccer Tournament.
This 2011-2012 school year they also introduced a new volleyball coach, Deanna Campbell, due to the fact Terry Williams, the coach for the past 30 or so years, retired.
On September 9, 2011, the Cabot Panthers played a football game against the nationally ranked Pulaski Academy
Bruins. They lost to them 64-34.

Athletics
The Cabot Panthers' football team has had success during the tenure of Coach Mike Malham. The Panthers won the state championship in 1983 and 2000 and were state championship runner-ups in 1997 and 1998. Cabot Panthers Golf team has won multiple titles in the past 2 decades. They have also brought in the most income in the school's sports.Other sports include:
