Cakery
Encyclopedia
A Cakery is a specific establishment which produces and/or sells cakes; usually these are cupcakes, muffins, sponges, as well as other baked goods that fall under the title of a cake. Products are baked on site in the same manor to that of a bakery but does not make or sell the other associated items. A lot of the time the word Cakery is used incorrectly to get around the fact that "bakery" or "bakeries" have been taken as a name for a long time and they want to stand out.

A Cakery should not sell anything that is not classed by definition as a cake:
"A sweet baked food made of flour, liquid, eggs, and other ingredients, such as raising agents and flavorings."
"A flat rounded mass of dough or batter, such as a pancake that is baked or fried." - from http://www.thefreedictionary.com/cake

This would not include breads, pastries (sweet or savoury) or puddings.
