. He was trained and driven originally by Doug Arthur and later by Pat Crowe
. His best time for the mile was 1:53.1. Cam Fella was purchased as a 2 year old, by the two Norms, Norm Clements and Norm Faulkner.

in 1982 and 1983. His most notable win in 1983 came over Its Fritz in a challenge race at the Meadowlands Racetrack
(both horses went off at 3-5).
He was retired to stud in 1984 with over two million dollars in earnings. His stud career was exceptionally successful. Among his offspring are Presidential Ball, Cams Card Shark, Precious Bunny
, Camtastic, and Goalie Jeff, all winners of more than two million dollars.
