Camp Pembroke is an all-girls Jewish summer camp
on Oldham Pond
in Pembroke, Massachusetts
. It was founded in 1935 by Eli & Bessie Cohen as the first of several summer camps they opened and funded as part of their mission to "strengthen the Jewish people through education and building Jewish community."http://www.cohencamps.org/Foundation.htm Camp Pembroke hosts 450 girls each summer. The camp acts as a sister camp to Camp Avoda
and Camp Bauercrest.
