In September 2010 the company bought the Irish Mist, Carolans

brands from William Grant
for 129m euro. William Grant had only owned the brands for a number of months after paying 300m euro for these 3 brands as well as Tullamore Dew
. Grants have retained the rights to Tullamore dew and will continue to produce the Irish spirits for Campari under a 10 year contract.
