The Knowlton Campus is also home to the Dollinger Center, the school's 483-seat theater used for all school productions (for both campuses) and recitals. Knowlton Campus is also where all sports fields are located, as well as the new Marine Studies Education Center. The M.S.E.C. learning laboratory contains both classroom and laboratory space, state-of-the-art technology, a laptop lab, and an interactive SMART board. A kayak fleet, 23 foot Sea-Pro bay boat, and three aquarium touch tanks filled with crabs, sea stars, fish, shrimp, and tunicates are already inspiring an appreciation of the local environment.
The newest addition to the growing Canterbury School community is the multi-million dollar building that broke ground on the Knowlton Campus in February 2010. This building will add classrooms, offices, a new media center and a huge technology lab.
Canterbury also supports experiential learning, incorporating field trips, miniterms, community service and other hands-on activities into school life to enhance classroom instruction.

Coordinate Programs
Previous offerings after the regular school day have included dance, technology, soccer, science, drama, ceramics and etiquette. Courses may range from one to eight weeks in length. There is an additional charge for these classes. Coordinate program classes are taught by independent instructors as well as Canterbury faculty and staff.
Clubs and Activities
Students and adult chaperones may participate in Canterbury Kayakers. These events are planned through the Marine Studies programs. Other events include the Junior Canterbury Fishing Tournament and The Canterbury Cup.
Scouting
Canterbury hosts several scout troops for boys and girls.
Middle School (Knowlton Campus) students have an array of clubs and activities available throughout the year. Clubs and co-curricular activities may change depending upon the level of student interest. This list shows some of the previous offerings for middle school students:
World Religions, Chess Club, Poetry Club, Gourmet Club, Marine Science Outreach, Earth Force, Junior Classical League, Middle School Student Council, Sporty Kids, Math Club, Yoga Club, Junior Thespian Troupe, Kayak Club, Fishing Club, Fencing Club, Vegetarian Club, People to People and Guitar Club
Additionally, each grade (5-8) takes a class trip during the year.
Upper School students (Knowlton Campus) also have an extensive listing of club offerings. In compliance with the Florida High School Athletic Association, competitive athletics begin in grade 6. In the arts, students may exhibit work as part of ArtFest or be a member of the cast and crew for the middle school theater production or the all-school musical, as well as choosing from choral or instrumental music instruction as their arts electives.
