at the request of Said convinces Jenkins to confess that he murdered Tidd at Robson's orders as a means of saving himself and convicting the Aryans. Warden Glynn
gladly informs Robson that Jenkins gave him up and Robson will likely receive a death sentence. Aryan leader Vernon Schillinger
hears about this, and while delivering mail to solitary confinement where Jenkins is residing, delivers him a message from the Aryans. The message is a series of pictures that show Blacks who have been lynched with a note reading "Nigger Lover." Fearing that the Aryans' revenge on him, Jenkins hangs himself. With no proof that Robson was involved in the murder of Tidd, no charges are laid. Robson taunts Said who, infuriated, snaps and severely beats Robson.
