Carl "Fuzzy" Van Horn is a retired Modified driver from Phillipsburg, New Jersey
. Carl drove the several cars including his own 71E and later the 2A. (The 71E was later sold to Bob Scott from Mantua NJ, who ran the car for about eight years).
