Concept and construction

Carnival Breeze is the third Dream-class ship, with sisters, Carnival Dream and Carnival Magic. Carnival Breeze will be built at Fincantieri Monfalcone

. This class is currently the largest to be ever built in Fincantieri. The ships features have not yet been revealed, to be unveiled in the upcoming months. Carnival Breeze is expected to have the same design as her sisters. Signature Dream-class elements, such as the half-mile exterior promenade with cantilevered whirlpools, and a 23750 sq ft (2,206.4 m²) wellness facility will be included. The new features will be revealed soon. Carnival Breeze is also the last ship for the Dream class.

Other features included are the WaterWorks aqua park with a 300 feet (91.4 m)-long corkscrew water slide, an indoor/outdoor café with live entertainment venue called Ocean Plaza and a wide range of staterooms including deluxe ocean views with two bathrooms, some of which feature five berths and hold particular appeal for families.

Highlights

According to Carnival's press release, the ship and her sisters, Carnival Dream and Carnival Magic are expected to have the widest variety of activity, dining, and entertainment options of the entire fleet. Exact details have not been released to date.

Itinerary

Carnival Breeze will be home ported in Barcelona and Venice and then make a transatlantic crossing from Barcelona to Miami, where she will sail on six- and eight-day Caribbean voyages and two-day Bahamas cruises.
