She played college basketball at Oregon State University
from 1979-1981. She was All-Conference three years, and was an All-American her senior year, leading the Nation in field goal percentage at .750. She still holds Oregon State's career records for points (2,243), rebounds (901) and field goal percentage (.692).
She was inducted into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame
in 1993 and currently lives in Philomath, Oregon with her husband Ken and her two children.
