, Mr. Stephen H. Guthrie. Guthrie began his first four-year term in the position on July 1, 2010 and will serve as Superintendent through June 30, 2014. The Board of Education consists of five elected Board of Education members and one non-voting student member. As of 2010, the members are Barbara Shreeve, President, Jennifer Seidel Vice-President, Cynthia Foley, Gary Bauer, and Patricia Gadberry. The current student representative is Sampson Fowler.
The district also has two career and technology centers (Westminster, and South Carroll) and two alternative schools (Carroll Springs and Gateway).
