The central square is a landscaped shopping centre on three terraces, offering a perspective on the urban scale, when seen from the exterior.

Above the shopping center (including a supermarket Acima and many shops) which includes 5 levels (the largest shopping center in Africa at present), are two towers, the West Tower (or Tower A) and The East Tower (or Tower B).

These two buildings are the tallest buildings of offices Morocco and Maghreb. They rise from 115 meters to 28 floors each. It has a total floor area of 93 000 m², comprising offices, and have their own 7.2 meter high atrium. There are 15 elevators in the Twin Center. They were inaugurated in 1998 and became a landmark in Casablanca. Tower A comprises a shopping mall and several local businesses. Tower B in turn is a 5 star hotel.
