History

, the school was rebuilt in the current structure in 1876. In 2011, 63% of students at the school were receiving financial aid and, coupled with rising costs of operation, the school decided to close at school year's end. In 2010-11, enrollment was 136 students. The cost per student was $4,200 but the highest tuition was $3,900, leaving massive deficits.
