Cecil H. Roy was a radio actress who was well known in broadcasting of the 1930s and 1940s as The Girl of a Thousand Voices.
Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, she grew up in Oklahoma. She started her acting career with a Chicago stock company but soon entered radio during the 1930s, appearing on Ma Perkins
