district 25-4A. The football team plays at the new Gupton Stadium in Cedar Park, Texas. The other teams in 25-4A include Vista Ridge High School, Rouse High School, Vandegrift High School, Lake Travis High School, Marble Falls High School and Dripping Springs High School. CPHS is also known for the performance of its drill team, Celebrities, choir, and Timberwolf Band.

Football

For the 2009 football season, the Cedar Park Timberwolves football team competed in the 16-5A district.They were District Champions. They were also District Champions in the 2010 season. Cedar Park also won 15-5A team championships in 2004-2005 with District W-L Record 7-0.

Cross country

The Cedar Park Timberwolves boys cross country running team took eight place at the 2008 Nike Cross National championships, and were ranked number 1 in the nation for boys cross country as of Oct. 2, 2009.The boy's team won state in 2010.

Marching Band

The Cedar Park Highschool Timberwolf Marching Band is very highly honored and has consistently been a finalist at UIL State and Bands Of America Regional and Super Regional marching band competitions. The band also competed in the 2010 Bands of America Grand Nationals marching band competition, making finals and finishing in 10th place. This was also the band's first visit to Grand Nationals. The Timberwolf Marching Band won the 2011 UIL State 4A Marching Contest on November 8, 2011.
