The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Vietnamese
: Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam ) established 1930, is the highest authority within the Communist Party of Vietnam
elected by the Party National Congresses. The Central Committee (current) has about 175 full members and 25 alternate members and nominally appoints the Politburo
of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam since 12 to 19 January 2011.On January 19, the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) announced the list of the members of the Politburo, the General Secretary of the Party, the Secretariat; the Party Central Committee (PCC) Commission of Inspection, Head of the PCC Commission of Inspection Term XI.
