Central New York Roller Derby (CNYRD)
Central New York Roller Derby, also known as CNY Roller Derby, or CNYRD, was organized in late 2007 in Utica NY. In 9/2009 the league was accepted into the apprentice program of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association, and in 9/2010 they were accepted as a full member league.
As of 1/2011 the league has over 70 skaters who skate on 3 home teams including The Utica Clubbers, The Rome Wreckers, and The Blue Collar Betties. The best of these three home teams compete on the CNY All-Stars travel team.
