Century Tower is residential development located in the former Trustees System Service Building
at 182 West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois. In September 2005 the building was redeveloped as condominium
s and the name changed to Century Tower. There are 293 residential units in the building, and four commercial units. The building features a common 23rd floor rooftop deck that is available to residents in the summer, a small workout room, a laundry facility in the basement, and a bike room.
The Condo board replaced American Invsco as managing agent (American Invsco was also the developer) in September 2010 and hired Wolin-Levin.
The 1930 building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places
