sold his brand to Italian investors and get back to the family business of his grandfather, Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti, dal 1881.
The end of 2009 marks the arrival of two new creative directors: Jesper Borjesson for men's collections and Richard Nicoll for women's. Both have feature their respective work during Parisian Fashion Week in January and March 2010.
From July 2009 to May 2010, the Parisian flagship store at Place de la Madeleine closed its doors for renovation. The design was entrusted to the French architect Christian Biecher. The inauguration was launched with the presence of the founder Nino Cerruti
