13th single from KAT-TUN! Lots of guitar riffs and Ray Luzier from KORN is on drums! The song "CHANGE UR WORLD" is used as a theme song for "Going! Sports & News" a popular sport channel in Japan. Regular Edition includes three new songs, including "NEVER x OVER '-' IS YOUR PART" which is a concept song where fans are supposed to sing the parts of the lyrics marked by "-" at concerts in order for it to become a complete song. Also includes karaoke versions of the songs. A 4-page booklet included.
