Charles Boyce is an American cartoonist known for his syndicated comic panel Compu-toon. He grew up in Memphis, Tennessee
. He's also known for the creation and developing of the KeyPad Kid[1], a cartoon character used in public affairs awareness programs for training within the telecommunication industry.
