 from 1922 for many years. He also founded the Astrological Quarterly magazine in 1926 and was its Editor until 1959. As a final flourish, in 1955 Carter correctly predicted his own death would be in 1968. He died at age 81, on 4 October 1968 at 4:30 p.m. in London.
