Charles Willoughby, 2nd Baron Willoughby of Parham (died 1603) was the only son of William Willoughby, 1st Baron Willoughby of Parham
and Elizabeth Heneage.
Charles Willoughby was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford being under 14 years old in 1551. He succeeded to the title and the hereditary peerage and seat in the House of Lords
