Charles Edward Miller II (born March 6, 1970), is the founder and Executive Director of WestCoast Basketball Academy (www.westcoastbasketballacademy.com). Charles has established himself as a coach and personal basketball trainer having coached and trained since 1997.

Charles attended Judge Memorial High School in Salt Lake City and played on the school’s varsity basketball team. In 1988 as a senior he was named to the All-State Team as the team finished 3rd in the state tournament and 3rd the Alhambra Catholic Invitation Tournament (ACIT)in Cumberland, Maryland. Charles went on to play collegiately at the University of Puget Sound
