on 27-04-2005 . Transferred to Uttarakhand High Court at Nainital and assumed charge on 14 January 2006 as Chief Justice. On 2 February 2008 he took oath of secrecy as the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court at Bilaspur
. He retirement is due on 10 October 2012
