He earned his place in the side after he had registered an impressive 9 tries in 21 appearances over the season.

In 2010 he was called into the first team to make his debut against Hull KR in Super League and showed his versatility, playing on the wing before following this up at centre in the following game against Wigan.

Before joining the Rhinos, Chris a former pupil at Temple Moor, played for his local amateur side East Leeds. He has also won representative honours with Yorkshire and England at U17 level.

Chris’ Favourite film is Rise of the Foot Soldier and he has likes a wide range of music, including R ‘n’ B, Rock and indie. His childhood hero was his Dad, who played rugby for Featherstone and Wakefield. Apart from rugby his ideal occupation would be as a chocolate taster! His greatest achievement was playing for England and winning the Junior Academy Grand Fina1.
