This came on his final match for the club when he scored the winning goal in the 82nd minute to make the score 2-1 to Melbourne Victory. Windsor was booked for his controversial celebration which angered the opposition fans, as he ran the length of the pitch waving an England flag at the Australian supporters. This would be his last game in Australia; Windsor was released and his contract was terminated following the incident.
